Life - equation

Life is made up of 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to the 10%.

I totally agree. That is what I learned so far from life. Reactions are pretty much everything not the situations.

So true and very interesting!
It is our perception of impetus in all situations that generates our energy in the direction we will it.
And that just about sums up our lives- brilliant!

i would say it's 1% what happens and 99% perception of what happens.
i guess our reaction is based on our perception, but what really counts is the way we read, see, understand a situation.

Two people could have the same experience, for instance someone starring at them, and one gets really annoyed while the other doesn't really mind. The second way makes for a less stressful life.
