So true and very interesting! It is our perception of impetus in all situations that generates our energy in the direction we will it. And that just about sums up our lives- brilliant!
i would say it's 1% what happens and 99% perception of what happens. i guess our reaction is based on our perception, but what really counts is the way we read, see, understand a situation.
Two people could have the same experience, for instance someone starring at them, and one gets really annoyed while the other doesn't really mind. The second way makes for a less stressful life.

I totally agree. That is what I learned so far from life. Reactions are pretty much everything not the situations.
Interesting equation.
I guess it's like a blog...u post an idea..and wait for the reactions.

I disagree, that cant be right. Unless your a real drama king/queen... I'd say the numbers are probably...
30% Action
70% Reaction
Not so different but still that 20% goes a long way....

I think it's 100% reaction to our perspective.
interesting equation. each person may have different amounts but it's true nevertheless.
Good line, that explains why people who have it all are sometimes miserable while people who've got very little are genuinely happy.
