Happy Day
Today is a happy day for American men. No, it's not because yesterday was Valentine's Day and now the pressure is off. Today is the day that the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue hits the stands and the mailboxes. It's amazing seeing how much happier men are today than they were yesterday. It's the craziest phenomenon. The men we know (at least the ones I know) don't know these women, they'll never meet or speak to them. Yet, looking at their pictures, seems to bring joy to their hearts. At least that's what my other guy friends tell me. ;-)

PATHETIC!
Besides Victoria's Secret catalogues are available all year and thats much hotter, no?
I was under the impression that Valentines Day was equally pressured for men and women - am I wrong? Do men have to do more?
very funny post and very true!
I don't deny that the VS catalogs are available all year and some parts of them may be hotter, but I think that may be one of the reasons why the SI Swimsuit issue is perhaps more popular. Because it's not readily available throughout the year. That and the nostalgia factor. Most guys probably remember their first swimsuit issue. We used to get the magazine for the sports, and then wow, look what also comes in february.
Naive to say the least!
Joy, you say?
What do I know, I'm just a naive girl in this wierd male oriented world.
Youd think..that in the 21 century..with internet access...and a full smorgasbord of images..for guys..
whats the big deal about the SI swimsuit issue?
There is more than an element of true in this post!
